CAD Analyst

What this job involves:

JLLT is seeking a CAD Analyst to join our RDC CAD Team. The CAD Analyst applies product support skills in addition to business and technical knowledge to triage, diagnose, troubleshoot and escalate or resolve complex applications, new products, and mobile native apps issues – ensuring excellent customer service. The Application Service Analyst provides technical advice for the client organization’s internal/external applications. The Application Service Analyst will assist the Business/Program Lead in developing and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing best practices for achieving support objectives. The CAD Analyst will ensure that the organization maintains a strong and trusted relationship with JLL colleagues and clients.

Your profile would include:
Creating 2D & 3D Test fits from hand-drawn sketch or list of program requirements
Performing ongoing maintenance of as-built AutoCAD floorplans to incorporate construction changes
Create polylines to calculate the correct area to be loaded in CAFM.
Following established AutoCAD drawing standardization guidelines
Preparing drawings for publish to various CAFM IWMS Technology Systems through drawing layer standardization, polylining to BOMA & FICM standard, etc.
Review drawing files within AutoCAD and/or field redline drawings for completeness _Arch, _Furn, and _Poly drawings polyline and label room numbers
Ensure all documents are in compliance with JLL/client standards and layering formats

Flawless expertise
0-4 years’ of relevant CAD Experience with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline preferred
Knowledge of AutoCAD, CAFM/IWMS tools, Smartsheet or other Service request tool
Knowledge of MAC( Move, Add, Change) Management
Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
Experience with commercial (office) architectural, engineering or construction drawings Knowledge of CAFM/IWMS technology (FM: Systems, TRIRIGA, Archibus, etc.)
Knowledge or Revit or BIM is preferred.
Strong Communications skill required
Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Ability to effectively meet and accommodate deadlines on multiple projects.

Impeccable Communication Skills
Superb writing and speaking abilities are a must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, teams and stakeholders. Similarly, it will help you in documenting processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
