The team you’ll be part of

This position is part of CNS CN BTGP PQP GC where we deliver and support our ‘Global Care’ and ‘R&D’ in Core Network organization. Our CNS CN BTGP PQP GC would deliver and support for ‘Cost management’, ‘Competence management’, ‘Process management’, ‘Report managementg’ and ‘Performance management’ as well as supporting for Business tool for Care business.

What you will learn and contribute to

The Performance Specialist performs data collection, generation of daily / weekly reports, analysis and problem identification in a domain of our Care delivery (Case handling for Core Network product). This would include to be responsible for new KPI definition/calculation to improve the delivery.
Individual Contributor: Operates autonomously in own subject area
Can analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert.
Increased awareness of and involvement outside of own subject area.
