As a CI/CD Platform Lead Engineer in OutSystems R&D, you’ll be a member of a team which is highly focused on making our R&D engineers more efficient by promoting Continuous integration and Continuous Delivery best practices and using creativity to build tools and processes that simplify development workflows. Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
Collaborate and interact with multiple teams, architects and platform stakeholders, to understand the goals, flows, system designs and requirements with the goal of building a CI/CD Platform that enables developers on and promote an evergreen state;
Very good knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle best practices.
Build a scalable and resilient orchestration to deploy all a cloud based product and provide full visibility over it.
Development and improvement of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
Be a key player in the design of the team’s initiatives.
Collaborate with customer support in recovering from escalated outages if needed;
Be innovative and think out of the box.

Desired Skills & Experience:
A Bachelor or Master Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar. If you do not have one but you but you have equivalent real-world experience (and can show it), we still want to hear from you;
7-10 years of experience in software development and operations. Programming skills in at least a high-level programming language (Python, Golang, Java, C++, etc.), REST APIs, YAML, JSON, Kubernetes knowledge including operator-based Kubernetes development, containerization (Docker);
Knowledge in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, etc..) ;
Experience with cloud-native infrastructures (Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure) to deploy and manage microservices.
Availability to work in shifts and be part of the 24×7 on-call rotation;
Fluency in English and good communication skills.

Ways to Stand out from the crowd:
Experience Observability and Monitoring software components (Prometheus, Elastic, Grafana)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code Frameworks, namely Terraform;
