Job Description : Minimum qualifications:

14 years of experience in foundry process nodes and design-technology co-optimizations.
Experience with high-performance flip-flops, level shifters, retention flops, IOS, sensors, process monitors.
Experience with the characterization and modeling of circuits for digital design flows.
Experience with CMOS, device physics, circuit design and industry third-party IP and design service vendors.
Preferred qualifications:

Deep experience engaging with wafer foundries, IP vendors, with foundry PDK, design collateral integration and debug.
Experience working on advanced technology nodes (e.g., 7nm, 6nm, 5nm, 4nm and 3nm).
Experience developing test-chip architecture for new circuit characterization and post silicon validation.
Experience and success solving highly complex technical problems under strict timelines.
Knowledge of physical design implementation & DFT methodology.
Ability to influence others with your technical depth and attention to detail. Strong ability to speak and write in English fluently.

As a Circuit IP Design Lead/Manager, you will be responsible for providing digital IP solutions – standard cells, memories, IOs, sensors, etc. You will drive concepts of transistor level circuit design, modeling, characterization and performance analysis, collaborating with micro-architecture, design and implementation teams to drive new circuit design ideas for PPA improvement. As a leader on this team, you will provide mentorship to a team of circuit engineers in an innovative and fast paced environment with focus on semiconductor foundry engagement, advanced CMOS design and 3rd party IP integration and implementation.

Responsibilities
IP vendor management for standard cell library, SRAM Compilers, GPIO, eFuse, OTP/MTP, process monitor/sensors, etc.
Understand Architecture and Design Specifications to drive new circuit designs and layout optimization that meet stringent PPA and cost targets on cutting edge process nodes.
Collaborate with foundry and test-chips teams to validate functionality and characterization of new circuit topologies.
Grow and develop a high performing team through recruitment of new members as well as development of existing team members
Participate in design reviews, track issue resolution and engage in technical and schedule trade-off discussions.
