Your new company has been operating in Australia within the Digital app development and maintenance space for over 30 years. This role is looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialists on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The Commercial Contracts Specialist is responsible for solving any and all contract related issues that arise. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial negotiations, experience creating commercial models as well as contract/legal experience.
Drafting, negotiating and evaluating new/existing contracts utilising external legal sources
Communicate all contractual changes to relevant stakeholders
Manage record of all contract related correspondence and documentation
Assisting the Manager, Commercial and Contracts to deliver commercial strategies, procedures, policies and templates
Creation of pricing models for complex solutions
What you’ll need to succeed
Your new role is vital to the business operations. Therefore, the successful candidate will ideally have:
Previous experience in the Contracts Specialist space, with a strong understanding and previous experience in regard to legal and finance contracts
Proven ability to negotiate/create commercial contracts
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in relevant field desired
