Job Description : We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Finance, Operations and Controls Leadto join our growing Singapore Commercial HQ. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, this role sits within the Global Sales function to enhance sales effectiveness and excellence.Main Responsibilities:A. CRM Ownership· Own the sales to collections process and review activities in CRM· Maintain repository of sales contracts and ensure proper documentation.· Implement process improvement initiatives including CRM related sales order entries, sales processes and record keeping. Support other ad-hoc commercial finance workstreams and requests.B. Customer Credit· Manage customer credit activities, including customer onboarding, billing & collections, credit insurance, client reviews, bad debts analysisC. Financial planning, forecasting and analysis· Analyze variances in financial performance against company plans. Provide commercial and finance support through financial analysis of key metrics.· Deliver regular forecast updates to estimate accruals· Assist in preparing analysis and providing insights on important KPIs for sales performance, including sales compensation analysis.· Participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive effective reporting and create insightful dashboards.D. Process and Controls· Implement best practices for operational risk assessment, design policies and procedures, and conduct internal control reviews to strengthen the control environment.· Identify and drive the execution of business process improvement and automation activities.· Create and maintain all knowledge (including information and documents) repositories while compliance with relevant privacy and information management standards.· Keep track and follow-up on all outstanding sales related issues and requests, including contracting billing and payment matters.All about you:· Degree in IT, Marketing, Business or equivalent, with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in an External or Internal Audit, Sales Operations, Finance, Planning or Project role.· Working knowledge of the following is preferred: (i) CRM systems such as Safesforce/Zoho, (ii) BI tools (as a creator) such as Power BI/Tableau/Domo and (iii) project management tools such as Jira/Confluence/Notion.· Advanced Microsoft Excel experience is preferred.· High attention to details, strong organizational skills and able to effectively support different teams across different time zones.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.If you are keen to apply, please prepare your updated resume (please include your current salary package with full breakdown such as base, incentives, annual wage supplement, etc.) and expected package.Why choose SHAREit?Headquartered in Singapore, SHAREit is a global internet technology company, mainly dedicated to mobile internetapplication development.
