Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee every strategic direction and operational plan to develop and manage Orami’s community.
Lead the development of Orami’s community programmes to continue acquiring new members through relevant activities and benefits.
Identify and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, parent communities, and other institutions, including schools and doctors.
Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives.
Manage social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook, to drive the engagement and retention of Orami’s community.
Analyse and report the effectiveness of every community engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
Passionate about women empowerment and community development.
Minimum 3 years of proven work experience(s) in community management.
Experienced in leading a dynamic team of exceptional talents.
Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
Passionate about personal branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
Reliable and good team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Possess excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
