Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – IT Specialist L2 Mobile Devices
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting mobile devices using the ServiceNow application for all client users and communicating with end users to resolve issues.
Responsibilities
Learn the respective applicationstool to be able to support all client users.
Resolve mobile device problems through the tickets using the ServiceNow application
Responsible for managing the tickets within Service Now
Proactively reach out to key 3rd level contacts to resolve issues
Learn a set of applications to be able to provide user guidance & training
Support documentation of FAQ or known issues via KB articles and user guides
Support project teams with system quality assurance.
Prior experience of IT Ops support
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science)
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent written and spoken English, language skills a must
Pronunciation needs to fit global audience
Friendly and patient communication skills a must
Experience in AirWatch, Mobile device (iOS), Active Directory, ActiveSync
Good to have skills in Service Now, Intune, Exchange
Skills pertaining to DEP, VPP and Android Enterprise is optional
Strong problem solving skills – able to independently resolve issues that are raised by Tier 1 analysts.
Ability to identify complicated requests and escalate accordingly
Strong ability to actively reach out to key contacts in order to resolve issue
