We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant sepcialist
In this role, you will:
The Full Stack Engineering job is responsible for working across the Technology delivery lifecycle including inception, construction, testing, release and ongoing management of a product or service in a pod within a Technology team.
They will be required to continually enhance their skills within a number of specialisms which include front end, back-end development, security, testing, and operational support.
Responsible for automating the continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline within a DevOps Product/Service team driving a culture of continuous improvement
End-to-end accountability for a product or service, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer Journey
Liaise with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service’s direction
Provide support to DevOps teams working at all stages of a product or service release/change with a strong customer focus and end-to-end journeys, ensuring they have an excellent domain knowledge
Working with Ops, Dev and Test Engineers to ensure operational issues (performance, operator intervention, alerting, design defect related issues, etc.) are identified and addressed at all stages of a product or service release/change
Provide support in identification and resolution of all incidents associated with the IT service, as directed by leadership of the DevOps team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Requirements: 8+ years of experience as a Full stack engineer
PL/SQL development experience.
Big Data knowledge & experience
Experience with UNIX shell scripting is must
Should have experience in DevOps tooling like Jenkins etc..
Python and GCP technical experience is an added advantage
Knowledge on code deployment and production support
Stakeholder management
Non-Technical requirements:
Feasibility Study: Participate in feasibility study
Requirement analysis: Analyse the requirements.
Design: Develop / review the technical design.
Coding: Primarily develop code for the enhancements & defect fixes.
Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results
Testing: Test Planning, strategy, validation and Conduct random testing.
Support: Coordinate post development support.
Ensure proper project communication and coordination among team members
Client interaction – Communicate with the client regarding project progress, resolve issues related to delivery of project
Communication: The resource must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of code promotion to different Test and Live environments via source control tools.
Good knowledge on work management, DASD monitoring, allocation and clean-up
Good Knowledge on Change, Release and Environment Management process.
