The team you’ll be part of

Our education and training unit (PTLS), former EDU, provides learning solutions to markets covering the complete telecom portfolio. PTLS (Product and Technology Learning Services) team, with global development and delivery centers, has embedded all competencies, experiences, and skills for creating innovative learning solutions for a modern learning experience, in a respectful and challenging workplace, while being best in class for quality and content.
In this context, PTLS wants to reinforce the development team learning specialist in the following strategic technologies:
Creating online learning solutions which help our customers satisfy their needs using video techniques and augmented reality.
Using latest technologies and methodologies in content design and development to develop learning experiences for IP Networks (Routing) and SDN (cloud native management platforms) Portfolio

The new learning specialist will work in a worldwide multicultural context where you will interact with development, media design, delivery, and R&D teams inside Nokia.

What you will learn and contribute to
You will experience modern learning development methodologies including instructional design, microlearning, and media design, within an agile and cross functional team development environment.
Thanks to a structured training program, and internal coaching, you will expand your knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies to address the Nokia strategy of our portfolio products through the most advanced designed training solutions.
You will contribute to creating our innovative learning solutions through architecture definition, design, development, and testing.

As part of our team, you will:
Design, develop, and test learning experiences for Nokia IP/O NABU (Network Automation Business Unit) portfolio products to align with the business needs of the Nokia customers, internal clients, and partners.
Prototype and demo modern learning solutions
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, and other learning specialists to plan, refine, and drive development projects.
Maintain a high standard for quality and timeliness of deliverables in an agile environment.
Support design and create learning solutions focused on microlearning, mixed media, along with possibilities for augmented and virtual reality.
Contribute to our values of process improvement and innovation.

Your skills and experience
You have:
Knowledge of IP (layer3); routing protocols.
Good presentation and consulting skills.
Adaptability and accountability with excellent teamwork skills
Good spoken and written English.
Effectively cooperating with people with different technical backgrounds and cultures, dealing with diverse situations and viewpoints.
Eager to learn and expand own knowledge.

It would be nice if you also had:
Understanding XML, JSON, JavaScript and Kubernetes are an asset.
Knowledge of video editing, and self-study content creation.
Basic knowledge in Augmented and Virtual reality development tool.
