If you have the willingness to disrupt the Internet and create an impact, then Radix is the place for you.What is the job like?MARKETING CAMPAIGNS: Work directly with brand managers, creative head and content marketing head to contribute towards the development of large-scale marketing campaigns comprising content marketing, influencer marketing, social media marketing across multiple formats such as text, video, audio, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to come up with fresh, creative content ideas; keeping our audience in mind.Conceptualize and churn relevant copy to represent our top brands on all brand marketing assets and social media.Work closely with a group of graphic designers to bring in a strong blend of art and copy to suit the requirements of the marketing campaigns.Some of the campaigns we have executed in the recent past:#SiteIt#IdeaToStore#MyStartInTech#PitchTech#OnlineAcademy#BreakTheCode*BLOG STRATEGY: *Manage the blog strategy for multiple brands; including but not limited to keyword research, topic identification, SEO, etcOwn the blog calendar and publication processKnowledge of SEO and industry best would be good to haveOrganize, modify, and update existing blogs and their structure along with verifying its authenticity and informationIdentify keyword opportunities on a regular basisBe willing to run experiments on SEO and build a strong kit of strategies for success.PARTNER CONTENT: Identify content opportunities with 40+ sales/channel partnersCreate content for partner blogs, landing pages, etcMaintain relationships with partners’ content teams on a regular basis*OTHERS: *Supervise, guide, and mentor the team of freelancersBuild their work pipeline and manage their timelinesBe fully responsible for the quality of their outputCreate content for thought leadership articles, ebooks, thought leadership pieces, Quora, etcBuild new relationships with external partners for guest-blogging opportunities or co-marketing campaignsWhat are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, or related field1-2 years of relevant experience in content writing and copywritingAgency experience preferredStrong copywriting skills are a mustExcellent communication skills and a strong command of the English languagePrior work experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreadingHigh level of interest in reading and sharing thoughts on tech productsImmaculate written and oral communication skills and a penchant for marketing internet productsExtremely organized and detail-orientedFlair for ideating and building creative contentKnowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEMRush is good to haveStrong interpersonal skills and are very hands-onPassionate about building a brand in the consumer web spaceFamiliar with social media tools and marketing processes.Future growthWe, at Radix, are invested in your future growth.
