Job Responsibilities :
The Content Operations Associate is responsible for user engagement for apps in the Mobile Software team (specifically Cortex Mobile and Theme Store). The Content Operations Associate will fill the products with content and art assets from game partners. Then, track the progress and adoption of the content to drive user engagement with the product.
Manage content within Cortex Mobile and Theme Store to drive business KPIs. Engagement is a key priority for this role.
Upload and maintain content (games or art assets) to ensure a great user experience with the product.
Partner with Razer social teams and marketing teams to create campaigns around the content and engagement mechanisms (like Paid to Play).
Partner with Razer business development to manage the flow of content (games and art assets) from developers. This includes creating and managing a schedule of featured content in close collaboration with business development.
Use analytics to drive content planning decisions.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to drive the larger business.
Create ad-hoc reporting for strategic content partners (Tencent, Disney, etc) to provide post-campaign progress reports on their content.
Assist Razer business development with operational inquiries from game partners. (How to submit content, schedules, content approvals, etc.)
Assist with competitive analysis of related industry products
Other duties as assigned.
Pre-Requisites :
1 year of gaming industry experience
Knowledge of app stores and/or game portals
Passion for games (especially Android mobile games)
Ability to manage schedules and plan campaigns self-sufficiently
Familiarity with Google Play
Demonstrate the ability to make sound decision based on both data analysis and judgement.
Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external.
Ability to independently multi-task, prioritize and work with varying groups effectively sometimes under very tight deadlines.
Ability to gather customer/community feedback and make actionable recommendations.
