Content Support Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Abuse Review: Review the abusive content on the site and take actions against it according to our abuse policy.
EA Review: Review the Expert Answerer accounts/answers and suggest relevant actions.
OCR Transcription: Using OCR tool in MS word to transcribe questions to convert them in html format.
Copyright Escalations: Review and action on user reported copyright content.
Book Logistics: Creation of text files and matching question from old edition books to new edition book.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (with minimum 1-year experience).
Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Goal oriented attitude
Proficient in time management
Friendly personality
Should be willing to work in rotational shifts.
