We are looking for an experienced Creative Lead who can take our designs to a new level as we continue to grow. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a drive to inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of audiences.

Job:

Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all website, sales enablement, and digital marketing collaterals
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales departments in developing design plans
Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion
Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short- and long-term needs, establishing production schedules by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and production departments
Manage/execute multiple formats of designs from concept to completion (Decks, brochures, ebooks, gifs, meme, social media collaterals, website, etc)
Execute, review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences for target audiences
Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met

Experience:

8+ years of relevant experience in a Professional services environment/ Design start-ups/ Design Agencies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in graphics and web content design or related field (Design School Preferred)
Must have strong management experience in design/creative teams
Strong conceptual and design skills with experience in improving the conceptual, technical and creative performance of teams
Strong creative and problem-solving abilities to supplement project teams
Demonstrated capability to understand and apply principles of visual organization, composition, information, hierarchy, symbolic representation, typography, aesthetics, and the construction of meaningful designs
Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
