Job Description : Credit ControllerIBCO Limited is one of the largest specialists frozen and dry food importers and distributors of mainly ethnic products in the UK. The company has been supplying the wholesale and retail trades and food service industry for over 40 years.We are now looking to recruit an assistant credit controller to join our family run business.Key responsibilities: Daily credit control activitiesChasing clients to recover outstanding debts and sending payment reminders.Maintaining accurate records and dealing with any payment issues.Resolving client queries and escalating any complex issuesDaily banking duties, cash handlingResolving credit note issues.Key skills: You will have previously worked within a credit control role ideally.Methodical and diligent when collating financial information.A confident and professional telephone mannerThe ability to prioritise your workloadExcellent communication skills and attention to detailStrong MS Office skillsKnowledge of the SAGE software would be ideal.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From £21,000.00 per yearBenefits:Discounted or free foodEmployee discountOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsExperience:accounting: 1 year (preferred)credit control: 1 year (preferred)Language:Bengali (preferred)
