We are looking for an CRM Content Manager to join our team and drive lead gen and retention programming primarily through email marketing to reach targeted personas for an end-to-end AI solution. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced startup style environment with career growth and leading the transformation of Intel’s leading AI software business. Our team is responsible for crafting and executing a product growth and scaling strategy. We work in parallel with many organizations as a cross-functional marketing team: sales and field marketing, demand gen, product marketing, outbound marketing, and customer experience. You will be part of the Go-To-Market team. You will focus on the ideation and execution of content that supports the team’s goals and objectives within our cross-org email nurture program. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within an agile and dynamic team that understands email deployment, database marketing and analytics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: – Manage editorial calendar with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive strategy around journey flows based on key target segments, etc. – Oversee lead magnet content from concept to execution working with engineering team to ensure technical accuracy – Manage agency relationship to ensure successful delivery of content or marketing activity – Understanding of email platforms like Eloqua in order to optimize templates, and user experience – Drive analytics and reporting share out on a regular basis along with implementation of data-driven optimizations – Helps define content strategy by channel – Developer Nurtures, Community and Alliances, Social and Video Platforms. – Engages with geo teams and campaign leads to identify content amplification opportunities and ensures timely reporting of campaign results for developer insights.
Qualifications

Soft Skills – Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment – Willingness to dig into the technical details and overcome institutional barriers Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field Must be proficient in English, written and verbal 5+ years of experience in the following areas: – Experience working with AI/ML developers, ISVs, and open-source communities preferred – Product marketing or product sales role – Creating and overseeing content development for AI tools and apps ecosystem and/or technology products, with both business and technical audiences – AI, machine learning, and deep learning inferencing – Project management experience, with the ability to manage projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet critical deadlines
