We are currently looking for a highly-driven, passionate and experienced Lead of CRM to join our Digital Strategy team in Singapore. You are an experienced business user with a proven track record of leading the design and execution of high-performing CRM teams in a digital environment, achieving good customer outcomes in leads nurturing and campaign design and execution.
Responsibilities
Create the strategic vision for CRM (Marketing) across multiple touchpoints (email, SMS, in-app push notifications) and across different end-user groups (customers, distributors, campaign managers and service staff)
Engage key stakeholders to strategize, create and develop a best-in-class customer lifecycle management, leads nurturing, and leads and campaign management CRM for a digital environment
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Marketing, Distribution and Operations to define and prioritize the CRM efforts
Work closely with our Data Analytics team to embed data models to support the different business use-cases
Business partnering with key stakeholders to identify and own the CRM business KPIs; Be able to measure and attribute the effectiveness of the different campaigns, as well as the effectiveness of the leads nurturing efforts
Requirements
At least 5 years of practical experience with CRM marketing module and digital marketing technologies is essential for success in this role
Familiarity with financial services, FMCG and/or consumer services sectors will be an added advantage
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Target, Tableau or other dashboarding tool
Proficient in MS Office
Self-motivated with excellent analytical thinking and business advisory abilities
Great communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders efficiently to achieve desired buy-ins and outcomes
