In this critical role, you will take part in the continued innovation of Visa’s Cyber Security strategy, driving Visa’s competitive advantage in payments by facilitating best-in-class security solutions. You will play a key role in protecting and supporting current Endpoint Cyber tools, focusing specifically on finding security gaps, tunning and enhancing efficacy, with emphasis on cloud base solutions, to further enhance manageability and endpoint security posture on server and workstation environments.
Job Scope:
Support the integration of acquired entities into Visa’s Cyber Security Endpoint Engineering on-prem and cloud portfolio.
Provide engineering solutions to new threats leveraging implemented endpoint tools and identify gaps where improvement and/or new controls are needed.
Partner with teams internal and external to Cyber Security to provision and manage tools that include but not limited to allow-listing technologies, malware prevention, privilege management and EDR for on-prem and cloud environments.
Represent Endpoint Cyber Engineering in Merger and Acquisition (M&A) initiatives and engage with peers in acquired entities to design and implement new processes/technologies in line with global engineering processes.
Implement security and threat protection controls protect data and applications using a diversity of cloud and on-prem Endpoint security tools.
Create clear and concise documentation to formalize work stream processes.
Meet SLA’s by processing requests to resolve endpoint security issues with server and workstation support, as well as end users.
Administrate and Implement policies/rules on endpoint sensors as well as refine security standards.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with application owners, end users, and other stake holders to gather requirements and ensure interoperability of cloud and on-prem security controls implementation.
Identify and document business cases, requirements and manage the entire solution planning cycle.
Threat modelling and analysing solutions to identify security gaps and capabilities.
Implementing Proof of Concepts that realize security architectures and solutions.
Create requirements and design documents.
Identify gaps and suggest best practices to enhance security posture.
Manage business and conflicting priorities with the ability to maintain stakeholder commitments.
Perform full testing cycles and ensure all features are implemented as required without impacting business.
Ensure clear communications and coordination across business and development teams.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
Strong interest in cyber security technologies.3+ years’ experience in IT systems and/or infrastructure, supporting enterprise-scale security solutions.Meticulous planning and reporting skills.Deep understanding of Operating system internal working – like kernel processes, privilege levels for both Windows and Linux / Mac.Good understanding of Cyber Security Operations and Incident Response processes.A strong technical and business understanding of endpoint security tool methodologies.Knowledge of TCP/IP network fundamentals.Good understanding of AWS, implementing security controls and compliance requirements.Good understanding of Intune and all security blades, including Defender.Good understanding of Microsoft cloud security technologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must have verbal and written soft skills to support the software deployment and troubleshooting timelines across many different departments in an enterprise environment.BS, BE, BTech or MS in Computer Science or related degree preferred.Preferred to have certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AZ-500, CISSP, SSCP, GIAC Certified.
