ROLE
Khoros is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to grow, maintain, apply best practices, raise data quality and performance levels with our business leads. You will focus on enriching and validating company information and solve requests/issues raised by internal stakeholders.
The Data Operations Analyst is expected to quickly and accurately research, source and gather information to enhance and expand Khoros’ customer and prospect database for the business. This is a very meaningful role as the health of the organisation depends on data and you will have a direct impact on the growth of our organisation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO ?
Providing a high level of data quality awareness for marketing and multiple stakeholders where required.
Proactively improving the quality of database hygiene, importing, managing persona segments, data change requests, analytics and reporting
Performing database maintenance and migration; including handling ongoing support requests and ensuring the system is maintained to high quality standards.
Support Marketing Operations Manager and Analyst where required.
Documenting processes and complying with best practices in database management while managing our marketable audience segment.
Creating procedures and policies used in the collection and analysis of data.
Data profiling, contact expansion, discovery, research and acquisition.
Analysing market and competitor data to support development of new products and services.
Gathering and analysing data to determine priorities and set workflows.
Conducting diagnostic tests and evaluating performance metrics.
Developing procedures to ensure data integrity and quality.
Keeping up to date with developments and trends in database management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, Finance, Marketing or an equivalent discipline.
1-3 years of experience in the same or equivalent domain.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred but not required).
Marketing Automation experience a bonus (Marketo preferred but not required).
SQL experience is very desirable.
Strong computer literacy with database systems and MS Office applications
Good numerical, analytical skills and conceptual thinking.
Extremely proficient with research and the gathering of data (example Google & LinkedIn searches)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and preferably expert proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, macros, modeling).
Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy required.

Strong customer service focus, written and verbal English proficiency.
Ability to manage large datasets and structures (relational database experience a plus)
Technologically savvy and quick to learn new products and frameworks
Understanding of database best practices and management, business intelligence/data tools and technologies
Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments
