We’re here to create groundbreaking work that we, and our community of members can be immensely proud of.About The RoleYou will be part of our creative team to create and support the brand through stunning visuals. You’re able to develop and produce visuals that best reflect the brand identity across our different products and markets.You’ll also be required to have strong design aesthetic and experience in conceptualising and executing engaging visuals for social media, web and other platforms. You’ve got experience in seeing through marketing campaigns from ideation to production.Besides being a master of the Adobe Creative Cloud apps (and possibly Figma or Sketch, just to name a few), you’ve also got your eye on emerging design trends and can contribute to robust internal creative conversations. You’re someone who takes pride in your work and maintains the highest production quality possible.What you will work onBrainstorm and develop creative ideas that are on-brief and on-brandCraft and build projects with adaptation in mind, keeping layers clean so they can be used for language versioning down the line through brand/campaign-level thinking and executionCraft layouts and mocks and ensure that all work complies with brand style guides and graphic standardsWorking closely with the larger creative team throughout projects, communicating regularlyWe’re looking for someone who will bringAt least 2-3 years experience as a Designer / Graphic Designer /Visual Designer or similar roleA strong visual portfolio the shows us your keen design sense and craftExpert-level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Figma and other visual design softwareA strong desire to learn new techniques and technology to improve your craftExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood communication skills in English, written and/or spokenTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersA strong ability to multi-task and handle various projects at a timeGood time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksThe ability to thrive well in an ambiguous environment and is comfortable with working remotely as we are a remote first companyIf this sounds like you, we’d love to have a chat.Do remember to send in your portfolio or link as well.*More about Ordinary FolkOrdinary Folk is made up of a bunch of creatives, entrepreneurs and tech-driven individuals.
