Job Description : DevOps EngineerExperience: 1 to 2 YearsLocation: ChennaiWe are seeking a proactive, diligent, and collaborative DevOps Engineer to join our team. We look for self-motivated individuals who are versatile and passionate about learning, with an ability to thrive in an exciting startup environment.The primary focus of the role is to work with our team of talented technologists to build, automate and maintain reliable, scalable and secure infrastructure for all engineering and development operations. You will also be responsible for cloud management and providing access and technical support to multiple stakeholders, both internal and external. The ideal candidate should also be able to contribute to the design and architecture of the system of multiple cutting edge software systems.How youll contributeProvide infrastructure management while collaborating with the engineering team to provide support for end-user issues and requests related to systems & applicationsResearch and recommend innovative solutions and where possible implement automated approaches for system administration tasks and application securityResearch, accumulate, and implement threat intelligence across the organizationContribute to technical discussions to gather requirements, deploy infrastructure, and automation solutionsWork with backend, frontend, data science, and data engineering counterparts to bring software and tooling features from conception to launchHelp triage bugs, track software defects and ensure their timely resolutionParticipate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing with other team membersWhat were looking for1-2 years of experience in DevOpsClear understanding of networking & storage principles, microservices architecture, and strong computer science fundamentalsDirect experience handling cyber security incidents and associated incident response toolsetExperience in penetration testing, threat hunting, and red teamingDeep knowledge of Linux internals, network architecture & network protocols, and OSI modelStrong grasp of automation using scripting languages like Bash, PythonFull familiarity with Git, Docker, LinuxAwareness of managing pipelines as code to build & maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) for different workflowsUnderstanding of monitoring, alerting, logging frameworksEfficient in troubleshooting and fixing various production & performance issues in Development, Testing, Staging and Production environmentsA problem solver with exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detailExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:DevOps: 1 year (Required)
