About the role:

The purpose of this role is to look after all digital campaign briefs and all client communication for company. The digital client lead is a very important role as it is the main component for all campaign work, the role will not only define requirements but will ensure 100% delivery of client requests too.

In this position the successful candidate will manage and set client expectations via clear communication to all internal stakeholders, and will be responsible for the execution of all campaign elements by effective coordination of the production team.

Key responsibilities

Engage with internal and external clients to understand their business/marketing objectives and help them complete an effective brief, continuously looking for opportunities to sell the digital services to retailers.
Build appropriate relationships with internal pillars and look for opportunities to service their digital requirements.
Ensure brief requirements are communicated with relevant team members (e.g. Creative leads, Strategists, CX and Tech leads) and that objectives are clearly understood
Create client estimates for scoping, strategy and production work and include media spend in line with input from the team
Leads client strategic proposals and creative presentations which clearly outline the approach to answering their briefs and meeting their campaign/business objectives
Oversee the successful launch of campaign elements in market and ensure tracking/measurement elements are all in place
Support internal departments with strategic support, digital marketing solutions, and scalable and effective digital tools to improve workflow through smarter working
Experience required

A minimum of 3 years in a digital client management role
Knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress, Social Media platforms, CRM and e-mail marketing platforms
Excellent knowledge of online marketing strategies including Mobile, display, SEM, SEO, social media/marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Campaign Monitor and/or Mailchimp, and Hubspot
Excellent knowledge of connected tools and services (Mobile app development, Internet connectivity processes, CRM, Databases, and online support tools)

The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have outstanding interpersonal skills. This position interacts with clients regularly, so strong communication skills are a must

Skills
Client-facing experience and presentation skills
Ability to comprehend wider contexts, develop long term goals and determine strategies and actions to achieve goals within timelines and budgets
Excellent brief-writing and brief-taking ability with a focus on creating and identifying meaningful objectives for digital campaigns
Proven ability to build strategic working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
Understanding of digital campaign media and user journeys
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
