About the role

Mater Foundation has a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Digital Engagement and Retention Specialist to join the team in a permanent full-time position. This role will be based at Mater Newstead. This role will report to the Head of Digital – Lotteries. Mater foundation utilise Braze, Amplitude and MS Dynamics.

What you’ll be doing

You drive the development of the digital supporter communication and channel planning, while leading the implementation of the strategy to meet team and organisational goals.

Current supporter focused role, the Digital Engagement and Retention specialist is empowered to drive results for the digital channel to meet adoption, retention and advocacy targets. Working with seamlessly with internal and external team members to maximise return from supporters via; web, app, edam, social, search, SMS/MMS, partners and all other possible digital channels.

You will achieve this by being:

Responsible for ideation and concept development
Responsible for briefing and workflow management
Responsible for reporting and goal alignment
Responsible for meeting deadlines and staying within budget
Responsible for planning and roadmap development
Responsible for day-to-day integration of channels for retention purposes, including: data, experience and risk management
Integrating with internal d external channels to meet digital retention targets.
Responsible for continual innovation and advancement of Digital retention platforms
Responsible for continual innovation and advancement of Digital retention process
Develop and maintain effective and productive communication and working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Support the digital team, and lotteries team and the wider Mater Foundation to excel at digital retention

About you

We are ideally looking for someone who will get into the marketing platforms and professionally deliver outcomes, in line with strategy. You should be experienced in loyalty and retention, with a commercial lens while buying into our higher purpose. You will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, communication, or related discipline and at least 3 years relevant work experience in a related area.

You will also have:

Modern analytical capability’s
Design awareness and digital CX skills
Ability to drive cross channel marketing
