Job Description : We are a start-up and looking for a passionate hero who can help growing the organization.The Digital Marketing Executive will devise and execute the overall digital strategy and the delivery team requirements for a number of businesses to allow the business to generate and sell leads, both internally and externally.Reporting to the Director, you will have outstanding commercial awareness with considerable research experience in Lead Generation. This position would suit candidates with a strong background in SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimisation.Key Responsibilities-Planning, briefing, development & implementation of digital marketing strategy / campaigns across digital media-Using lead generation tools available including Internet sources such as social and business media to generate leads and business-Developing a digital marketing resource with combined skill sets across all areas of digital including SEO, content production, PPC, retargeting, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online PR, quality link building, social media advertising, social media campaigns and conversion optimisation-Analysis and presentation of digital marketing results-Achieve effective web-based marketing that allows the business to generate & sell leads-Deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard-Improve performance through reporting & analyticsKey Requirements-A clear understanding and hands on experience of digital marketing channels, techniques & tools including (but not limited to) PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliates & Google Analytics-Resource management experience-Understanding of customer segmentation-Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with ease-Experience managing websites within WordPress with a knowledge of HTMLwww.michaelphelpsswimming.inJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,687.00 – ₹42,728.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusApplication Question(s):Current Salary and ExpectationExperience:Digital marketing: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)
