Job Description : PT BioKissed Naturals IndonesiaWe are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader to oversee all digital and general marketing operations of the company and develop our overall marketing strategy and vision. You will oversee a team of enthusiastic creative professionals, including graphic designer, photographer, videographer and motion graphics designer, with a view to continue expanding this awesome, dedicated team.Responsibilities include:Direct collaboration and communication with the CEO to take the overall brief and direction, and appropriately devise the overall strategy and roadmap going forward – maintaining timelines and key milestonesBridging communication between the CEO and the marketing teamLead marketing efforts across all channels, including e-commerce website, back office, all social media channels, and marketing collateralHands-on support with copywriting, social media management, design, photography, product marketing, digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social ads, content marketing) and sales promotionsActive team leader responsibilities to ensure the strategy and tactical tasks are filtered down to all relevant team members, with fast and effective follow-up – including close communications across internal project management toolsBuilding a highly efficient, effective and motivated team of marketing professionalEducation: relevant Bachelor’s Degree, across marketing or business management.Experience: 5 years+ within the digital marketing industry, including corporate experienceLanguage: excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia is idealTeam leadership: experience managing and motivating a team of creative individuals both in-house and remotelyDesign: experience with overseeing the creation of marketing materials, across all platforms and channels, including e-commerce, social media and marketing collateralMarketing: experience handling end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and strategy, to creation, implementation and measurement.
