RESPONSIBILITIES
As a digital merchandiser specialist, you are responsible for maximizing conversions by driving the most commercial and inspiring online store through commercial planning, coordination and execution. You will be in charge of managing key projects and drive growth through campaigns as well as work with different teams to drive traffic and conversion onsite. You are responsible for executing and managing all campaigns and project setup via web and app for FairPrice On. You are required to be familiar with system flows and understand the different possible promotion mechanics and ensure all online promotional content adheres to business guidelines and specifications. You are also expected to work closely with national category buyers, marketing, technical support customer service teams to improve FairPrice On’s service offering and user experience.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Campaigns
Work closely with national category buyers and marketing team to roll out campaigns and new initiatives, ensuring smooth customer shopping journey for FairPrice Online customers
Oversee campaigns from start to finish with seamless execution
Manage the creation of banners, subbanners, campaign landing page etc.
Monitor and share the performance of campaigns during and after (review)
Identify and implement key learnings for future campaigns
Merchandising
Responsible for creating and implementing a digital strategy and vision for assigned categories
Monitor market/customer trends and understand the business requirements / key categories, bearing in mind the change/switch in shopping behaviour between online and offline markets
Perform regular competitor (local and overseas) analysis to generate new ideas to increase intelligence
Track category performance daily and drive growth of category through onsite efforts
Improve customer journeys (UX) following the analysis of path-to-purchase, category/SKU sales and competing benchmarks
Identify and ensure promotion effectiveness within category
Others
Support end-to-end testing for new enhancements on platform’s user interface and experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in business or other equivalent/relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of eCommerce and/or merchandising experience and preferably with experience in retail, FMCG, sales, account management, business development, marketing or communication
