Job Description : To define the strategic roadmap for B2C and B2B marketing campaigns and programs that build consumer awareness, willingness to book, drive customer acquisition and loyalty of the Radisson Hotel Group brands. Work in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders across APAC and Global teams in the areas of Revenue Management, e-commerce, Loyalty, Content, Brand & Guest Experience teams and external parties (agencies, partners) to develop motivating B2C and B2B propositions, seek out partner opportunities and implement brand and tactical marketing activities.
Define RHG APAC Marketing strategy (Inbound, Outbound, Domestic and regional) in close alignment with the company’s 5 year plan and business objectives
Ensure business and brand uplift with targeted and measurable B2B and B2C marketing initiatives across all channels in all markets with a digital first approach
Contribute towards building a robust future marketing organisation
Set direction and manage a team to deliver strong outcomes working in close collaboration with global, theatre-level and local market stakeholders
As the Director you must ensure that all initiatives and goals are aligned and support the broader 5-year plan. The geographical scope of work is APAC.
Defines integrated consumer marketing strategy & calendar (B2C + B2B)
Execution and optimization of brand level campaigns and communications across all relevant online and offline channels (owned, earned, paid, third party)
Leads all regional level campaigns set up and planning of all consumer led (B2C & B2B) brand level marketing activities
Works to defined KPI’s and appropriate commercial targets for all marketing activities to measure marketing effectiveness, and communicate results to business stakeholders
Works with relevant agencies and stakeholders to develop creative, innovative and effective advertising, collateral, sales tools and online assets
Monitors trends in all relevant media to ensure up to date with market knowledge
Manage paid media budget & campaigns (SEM, Meta, Display, Paid Social)
Lead SEO strategy for the region in close collaboration with Global Teams and oversees tactical improvement plan
Develop and execute social media content & marketing strategy in line with global strategy ; lead hotel training
Manage APAC Content marketing strategy (Hotel content operations, Merchandising, Localization, DX optimization)
Develop APAC CRM plan
Leads APAC digital operations (Hotel SEO, GMB, RH.com, App, translations, FB)
Oversees development China digital platform & acquisition plan
Manage various agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver on the marketing and communications strategy
Support the roll out of Creative Service Desk to manage cost efficiencies across the portfolio and identify training/certification needs
Requirements:
10 years or more of relevant experience in Marketing and PR & Communications on Corporate Level; experience in hospitality is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
Proven leadership skills, results oriented
Proven ability to manage and gain alignment across highly complex matrix organization
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail
Process driven and analytical
Autonomy and High feeling of responsibility
Ability to adapt graciously to changing business conditions and priorities
Ability to travel, if required
Brand & Experience background is a plus not a must
This role may also be required to carry out additional tasks as directed by Radisson Hotels Group Management that are not specially detailed in this job description.
