Conceptualization, Data Collection & Analysis, Design, Implementation and DevelopmentDeep understanding of software development lifecycle and related challenges & solutions in each stageEffectively maintain the web application/CRM to ensure 100% uptimeResolve all technical and functional issues of the CRMs, including security vulnerabilities with the help of IT Security teamMonitor web server and site technical performance with the help of core development teamProvide dashboards, reporting, analysis, and actionable for optimisation recommendations to drive customer utilisation of the web channelUnderstand the business requirement and have that implemented through core development team or a vendorWork with internal stakeholders to define reporting requirements and help to define critical measurements.
