Responsibilities:
Transaction processing according to standard work & SOPPrioritize transactions according to detailed guidelines to meet SLAPlans and prioritizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives!Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.Assist with/perform other team tasks as the need arises.Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systemsEnsure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standardsWork well with Onshore /Offshore and customer in an encouraging and professional manner via email and on callsHandle own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purposeAbility to handle basic day to day requirements of excel
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
Graduation in any stream except B.Tech and Technical Graduation & Law
Preferred qualifications
Relevant experience in similar processLife Insurance policy admin – Experience in processing of Money In Transactions like
o Group Billing – Billing change List Bill, Allot Payment, Allot Refund, Collections, Paid in Past, NSF, Policy Status
o Premium – Billing change EFT Changes, Premium History, Mode changes, Premium history, Report Policy status
Exposure to Life Policy Admin systems like – CFO, CK4, CNB, Ingenium, Vantage, IPAS, PACE, ORD, TAS2000, TRADNY, ULANY, ULAS, ULB, ULM, ULP, ULU, ULX, VTGFGood English Communication (Both written & verbal) – Talocity Score of >50Proactive communication & High analytical skills – should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful dataDisplays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the jobAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing outstanding customer serviceReady to work on stretched working hoursAbility to independently work well with internal and external customersCustomer service focusBasic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 20 words/minute
