Welding consumable estimation. Carry out Shop Repair Analysis, Problem Solving in shop, Welding Consumable Planning,Welding consumable batch qualification, Repair procedures, Heat treatment cycle Preparation Preparation of Welding Consumable Specification.Knowledge Knowledge of ASME Section IX, ASME Sec II C, Section VIII Div. 1,2, EN standards, ISO 3834 Exposure to Aerospace/ Defense/ Nuclear products & specifications Adept at MS Office, MS Excel Graphical & Analytical Skills, MS Powerpoint Interaction with customers/ Third party surveyors for approval of documents Hands on experience for SMAW/ SAW/ FCAW/ SASC/ ESSC/GTAW welding & related issues Knowledge of Computer aided design CAD software — Autodesk AutoCAD ; Dassault SystemesCATIA; Dassault Systemes SolidWorks Production and Processing — Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control,costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understandthe points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriatetimes.
