Forever Opportunity

Seeking a driven eCommerce Lead to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing the Forever New websites to drive sales and constantly improve the online customer experience. The successful applicant will own the operational and trade requirements of the global Ecommerce function, monitoring site performance across multiple markets to maximize customer experience, engagement and conversion. This position will play a key role in delivering the next phase of the global Omnichannel strategy

Work in partnership with Brand and PR to create, deliver and optimise cross functional strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition
Partner closely with Retail to consolidate and drive omnichannel go-to-market activities
Develop a visual recommendations strategy on PDP to improve cross sell/ upsell (UPT & AOV)
Work with onsite partners to effectively leverage existing tools and technology to drive better performance
Develop and analyse onsite customer surveys, action feedback and measure improvements

Key Areas of Responsibility

Track daily trade and weekly performance against budget and previous year activity
Analyse onsite performance, make recommendations and implement changes to optimize performance
Work with cross functional team to drive downloads and usage of new app
Produce reporting & insights
Optimise product search & navigation in line with business category hierarchies
Manage the setup, testing and deployment of website campaigns, promotions, pricing, and day-to-day management of the website including weekly hygiene check on products, images, online merchandising, content links and category mapping
Build and update category blogs when relevant and update weekly blog stories

Forever Candidate

You have worked in a similar role and have a solid understanding and practical application of UX principles and practice. Your impeccable communication style and leadership is evident upon meeting you. You have developed strategy on ecommerce improvements and are now ready for to guide your next team and taken on this GLOBAL role!

Skills & Experience

3+ years experience working within Ecommerce, preferably fashion retail
Thorough understanding of the fundamentals of marketing, brand and omnichannel operations
Previous experience in a complex global organization
Experience managing direct reports or leading a function
Strong project management skills and ability to drive outcomes in a fast paced environment
Excellent application of data analytics and insights into strategy
