A Semi technical person who will be part of integrated global team in Harman, behind the premium navigation engine that power some of the most luxurious automotive brand names and is currently installed in millions of vehicles. You will be working on complex solutions for various navigation components, which are running on Harman navigation solution. The ideal candidate will have good analytical and problem solving skills, knowledge of engineering discipline, and preferably experience in Navigation domain

Job Responsibilities:
Be a key driver behind the navigation Issue’s Triaging
Serve as Bridge between CPO(customer product owner) and engineering team.
Triage all Navigataions internal and external issues and assign to sub-domain team.
Understand the features and scope to do firs- level triaging.
Discuss the RCA by the engineering team with the CPO/Customer to make the final dicision.
Mintor the ticket pools and take appropriate actions based on feedback by the customer or engineering team.
Creation of the report of internal and external defects.
Technical coordination with the Engineering team.
Experience in Manual/automation testing
Basic Programming/Scripting knowledge any of Java,C++, Android (Kotlin)
Knowledge of repository software’s like Jira, Elvis, ALM
Experience in infotainment testing
Knowledge in Navigation domain
Stay up to date with current trends and technologies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or similar education
2+ years of experience in embedded technologies
Good to have experience in Navigation domain
Self-motivated, results-driven individual, must be passionate about the work
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with tools (perforce, elvis, alm) is desirable.
Experience with scripting languages like Python, shell script are desirable.

Eligibility Requirements:
Willingness to travel up to 20%
