Fashion Stylist
KRAs of Fashion Stylist:
Assist in the coordination of the studio schedule
Assist with changing priorities in studio work while helping to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner
Working with designers, art directors, photographers and writers to create effective concepts for photography and videos
Keeping up to date with current and changing trends in fashion
Meeting Marketing and Category teams for product and shoot brief
Creating mood boards and style plans
Contacting modelling agencies and getting portfolios of models available
Recommending models to the teams after understanding the shoot concept and brief
Finding the best and relative make-up artists
Negotiating with agencies on models and make-up artists costs and booking them
Sharing looks and hair/make-up references with make-up artists in advance
Deciding model’s wardrobe and accessories
Collaborating with designers and PR agencies for clothes
Sourcing clothes, accessories and props for the shoots
Finding locations for the shoot and collaborating for the same
Mutually selecting the most appropriate products with Marketing and Merchandising teams for the shoot
Working the sets, backgrounds, and ambience in the most creative manner
Working with the Photographer regarding composition, angle, lighting, product/model positioning, etc.
Styling the models on shoots with market and seasonal trends
Guiding models about the moods and expressions with references
Ensuring the entire shoot goes smooth and finish timely
Selecting the best images from the shoot
Guiding editing team about the editing basis shoot concept and theme
Ensuring delivery of the final images to the respective team
Skills Needed:
Knowledge of fashion trends
Awareness of art and design
Understanding of different faces and body shapes
Knowledge of styling models in the most amazing way
Effective communication, marketing and networking skills
Innovation, creativity and eye for detail
Well organized
Exp- 2-6 Years
