What’s In It For You?
Our technicians on average are currently earning between $22 and $24.50 an hour and exceptional technicians are currently earning up to $35 an hour. Entry level technicians are guaranteed up to $16 an hour for the first year of their employment.

Responsibilities Include:
Installing cutting edge technologies through DISH, OnTech, Hughes, Viasat, Polk Audio, Google, Ring and ADT.
Problem Solving – Identifying technical issues while troubleshooting equipment and working with the customer on potential solutions that resolve an ongoing issue or specific need.
Educating our customers on all installed equipment and informing them of value added products and services that may benefit their connected home in the future.
A Successful Technician Will Have The Following:
Strong customer service skills; friendly, approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity.
Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, work in confined spaces, lift up to 80 lbs and work in all climates.
Must possess a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets DISH’s minimum safety standard as well as a thorough background check and drug screen.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, and holidays.
