Job Description : We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance function, providing Business Partner support to Platform Property Care (PPC).

This is the perfect time to join us on our transformation journey to provide a truly modern finance function, helping to support our ambition to build more homes and invest in our existing properties.

The main purpose of this role is to be responsible for the accurate accounting of Platform Property Care Ltd (PPC) income and costs for the group and CSV partners. The Finance Business Partner will deliver excellent financial service to the PPC team, supporting them in financial matters. In this role you will work alongside PPC Directors, Senior Managers and budget holders and provide information, analysis and insight to achieve their strategic and business objectives.

We want somebody who has:
Qualified as an Accountant with at least two years’ experience.

At least two years’ experience in accounting in a large and complex organisation with substantial budgets

At least one year’s experience of leading a finance team

Experience of working in a business partnering role

Experience of change and major projects

Experience of liaising with internal and external auditors

Experience of developing and delivering an excellent customer driven service to differing audiences and stakeholders

Experience of interpreting information, carrying out research, analysing complex data, appraising performance, and understanding and managing risk and compliance matters

A proven track record of delivering results in a fast paced and changing environment

Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards
