What will you do?
Our Finance team are in a period of growth, and we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join the team and contribute to this. You will lead our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering Aged Care and Retirement regulatory reporting, as well as advising on industry trends and its impact on Ryman
Owning, maintaining and reporting of the bond register for all of our residents
Working closely with our Contracts Administration team with regard to onboarding and offboarding of a resident, including Probate and repayment of bond / fees
Leading the transactional finance functions to develop a system and inform on working capital and longer-term view of funding requirements – having a proactive and continuous improvement mindset is key

Who are you?
You are CA or CPA qualified and have a min of 5 years experience
You have come from a mid to large sized Aged Care provider
You have built and managed a high performing team
You have experience in a similar roleand are passionate about growth, are able to think critically and have a track record of thriving in a fast-paced financial environment
You are technically very strong and have a track record of producing high-quality reporting to Senior Executive teams
You have exceptional communication skills and demonstrate the ability to build valuable relationships, both internally and externally
You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
