Finance Planning & Analysis Accountant

The Role
This is a key position, working in the Global Supply Chain Finance team that will support our Supply Chain function. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis as well as carrying out accounting system compliance and audits. In addition, you will:
Create management reporting, including consolidated supply chain P&L, KPI reports, balance sheet and cash flow reports and produce board level reports and presentations to help inform and influence decisions
Act as a business partner to support cost centre managers and deliver reporting to support decision making
Support a continuous improvement culture to streamline processes and improve the data, systems and service provided to customers as well as driving efficiencies in the function by supporting the data strategy
Support the standardisation of reporting across all supply chain entities globally
The Experience
To be considered for the role, you will need/be:
An analytical qualified Accountant or Finalist with the ability to demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting timelines
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to communicate, engage and influence with all stakeholders both finance and non finance colleagues, at all levels globally.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills and Power BI would be an advantage but not essential
Ability to travel to Kidderminster site and Guernsey each quarter
