We are social and fun, and our goal is to help owners feel less stressed about their business finances.Our work environment includes:Work-from-home daysWellness programmesCasual work attireLively atmosphereFlexible working hoursModern office settingOn-the-job trainingRelaxed atmosphereOverviewWe are looking for a dynamic, experienced and capable accounts senior to provide the following:Preparation of year end accounts for sole traders. partnerships and limited companiesPreparation of tax returns for individuals and limited companiesOccasionally carry out bookkeeping, preparation of management accounts and VAT returnsAd-hoc assignments including assisting with preparation of R&D Tax Claims, Capital Gains returns and other work required for clients as needed.GeneralAbide by company procedures and policies, in particular Health & Safety and GDPR.Carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the Managing Director or Client PartnerFollow finance policies, processes and procedures.Encourage team working and effective communication with colleagues.Act as a representative of the company and deal with clients, stakeholders, and the public in a professional manner at all times.You’ll need a proven track record of success in a similar role and the skills and experience to deliver real impact.Experience of TaxCalc, BrightPay, Xero, Senta, Office 365 are an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 20 per weekSalary: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per yearAdditional pay:Bonus schemeBenefits:Casual dressFlexible scheduleOn-site parkingWork from homeSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)Experience:Accounts preparation within an accountancy practice: 2 years (required)Licence/Certification:accountancy qualification? eg AAT, ACCA, ACA (required)Work authorisation:United Kingdom (required)
