Job Description : Financial Controller/Head of Finance | Northampton | £60,000 – £70,000
This is an opportunity for an ambitious Financial Controller/ Head of Finance who wants to quickly progress to Finance Director level. You will be joining a high growth business with revenues in excess of £20m per annum.
Other duties include;
Manage a small Finance Team
Report to Managing Director
Annual production of financial statements and statutory accountsMonthly management account productionProduce detailed commercial analysis across multiple cost centresProducing monthly & quarterly cash flow forecastsLead on annual budget processBalance sheet reconciliationsDevelop internal controlsIdentify and implement process improvements
Candidate profile;
Absolutely essential is moderate to advanced knowledge of large ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics 365CIMA/ACA/ACCA QualifiedStrong staff management skillsExperience leading a Finance team within an SME from 10 to 50 million turnover
