Roles & Responsibilities
Dolphin Dynamics Labs is a fully funded start-up with a positive cashflow looking to build a strong team as our company grows.
We are looking for someone to assist us delivering cross platform progressive App using the React/React Native frameworks and related technologies.
For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to work directly with the founders in a DevOps style team developing new features/bug fixes, support the business as well as productising the App incl. developing iOS and Android native versions using React Native.
The level of delegation and responsibility depend on the experience and skillset of the candidate.
Other characteristics of the job:
State of the art ‘cloud native’ technology stack without legacy
Work in a flexible, lean and agile development environment
Build reusable components, influence design patterns and continued development
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Have willingness and passion to learn new languages and methodologies, solve complex problems and work in a small team.
Background in Software Engineering and modern Javascript development.
Min 2 years practical experience with React.js, Node.js and related technologies such as Redux, Material-UI, Redux-Form and GraphQL
Good Analytical and design skills
Good English Communication skills
Experience with ECMAScript 6, AWS Deployment including serverless technologies such as Lambda, AppSync and Cognito.
Experience with React Native a plus
Data modelling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases
