Deploy.Immerse yourself in a business challenge with an intense focus on collaboration to develop an innovative product.You will be challenged to step outside your comfort zone, and bring your teamwork, communication and collaboration skills to help your team succeed.You will be expected to design, create and deliver fully functional solutions to our customers that solves a real business need.You will play an integral role in engaging your critical thinking, time management and leadership skills within your team.Design, troubleshoot and develop your product.Work with subject matter experts, mentors, executive sponsors (technology and business) to build your solution.Exposure to design thinking, agile development and other tools, technologies and methodologies.Executive presentations, developing strategy and communications for your project.ResponsibilitiesWriting clean and scalable code for the platform being developedProducing code with proper structure and architecturePerforming unit and functional tests to ensure the quality of the code being producedStarting from provided UI/UX specifications and building features that follow themDisplay initiative, sharing your own implementation ideas and staying up to date with the latest technologiesParticipating in daily standup meetingsParticipating in weekly retrospective meetingsRequirementsProficiency in Javascript and TypescriptKnowledge of SQL databases and queryingKnowledge of RESTKnowledge of using git as version controlAt least 3-4 years of experience with ReactExperience with Node.js (Express)Ability to write modular, clean and testable codeStrong sense of initiative and critical thinking. New ideas are always welcome and encouraged!Experience in app and/or web developmentCommunication: must be able to communicate daily on what they are going to accomplish today, what they plan on doing tomorrow and whether or not they are stuck on certain taskCustomer focus: must have the end user in mind when developing codeProblem solving: must be able to solve problems have the initiative to try different solution debuggingFamiliar with AWS Cloud services.Working ConditionsMust be comfortable with completely remote communication.
