About the role
We are looking for a Head of Mobile to join our technology team . You would lead a high performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
You will be working with our highly enthusiastic engineering team and would be catering to building, mentoring and developing the mobile team here at slice.
What You will do
Lead high performance iOS and Android teams to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.
Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap
Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team
Hire a quality team to deliver a world class product.
Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.
Build, coach and mentor a top notch team.
Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules across ongoing projects, ensure that resources are appropriately allocated and timelines are met in accordance with the project roadmaps

Qualifications
A minimum of 9 years of experience in developing android and iOS applications in other product based companies or startups.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing, & building a 30+ member high performance team.
Worked on large scale mobile applications with a good understanding of mobile stack
Direct and provide ongoing leadership for a team of individual contributors, set objectives, review performances, define growth plan and nurture.
Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment
Good leadership and communication skills
Strong problem solving skills & attention to detail
