Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with one of the unicorn financial technology companies in Indonesia. This position will responsible in handling strategic marketing initiatives all around Indonesia region. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Job responsibilities:
Plan and implement a strategic, overall marketing program for centers with the headquarter marketing team.
Develop and implement targeted consumer initiatives with both traditional media and multichannel digital platforms.
Analyzing local opportunities and strengthening the company’s brand position in all regional areas.
Translate the campaign initiatives from HQ to each region based on their growth opportunity by gain in-depth understanding of market potential and segment-specific customer needs in each region markets.
Working on end to end for POSM and POI to strengthen company’s brand identity.
Job requirements:
Minimum 8 years of overall experience in marketing, preferably coming from technology sector or FMCG with an exposure working for regional team.
Strong experience handling end to end marketing: brand marketing, digital, community, advertising, etc.
Proven experience in creating a local marketing initiatives outside Jabodetabek area.
Consumer-centric person who has a an experience in creating marketing plan based on region’s growth opportunity.
Self-driven and highly tenacious to ensure strategies are successfully implemented to achieve long term objectives.
Minimum 4 years of experience in leadership position.
