About the Role
As the AGM- HR & Admin, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing people, and establishing policies aligned with the overall business strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive while safeguarding our company values and culture.
This position is based out of New Delhi.
What you will do day to day?
Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop HR policies and manual
Manage the employee onboarding and create processes for improvement
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
What are we looking for?
Proven working experience as an HR senior-level professional.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
People-oriented and results-driven
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and policies implementation.
Nurture a positive working environment
Qualification: Post Graduation in HR
Experience: 8-12 years in a similar role
Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and intense environment
