Job Description : About CompanyOne of our retained Client, leading in Designing and Project Engineering / Contracting Organization catering to HVAC & Refrigeration projects since 1994 and still engaged in the mission of providing comforts to the people for better productivity and better output.Job Description: Managing the whole project by coordinating with different departments of the company, interiors and agencies from client end.Executing MEP (Electrical, HVAC) for various commercial, residential and industrial projects (start to end responsibility) with specialization in HVAC.Working knowledge designing the HVAC layout for the given project and coordination with electrical design.Preparing and evaluate the project cost and work accordingly.Guiding the project planning/designing engineer/project engineer/site engineer/supervisor to ensure achievement of milestones and completion of project profitably and on time.Ensure all the Indian standard /ASHRAE /ISHRAE Compliances are done.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Select candidates and conduct the training for technicians, site engineer/design engineer/site supervisor and designers.Coordinating with designing team and taking updates about drawings.Responsible to co-ordinate with store manager for proper material management.Meetings with Clients, Interiors and associates as and when required.Visit Sites during and after execution of the project.Make sure that quality standards are met.Draft Minutes of Meeting for clients to update them about the Project and ensure project is completed on time.Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with management.Conducting weekly review meets with team to take updates and reports and provide conclusion to management.Feedback from the Site Engineers regarding executions.Collect and Submit daily reporting.Other Important Details: Should open to travel within Gujarat Location (Client Place)Must have Vehicle (Travel allowance will be provided by Company as per their travel policy)Must have smartphoneBenefits: Direct exposure working with end clientJob Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar, GujaratExperience Range: 6+ YearsCompensation Range: 30,000 to 40,000 per monthEducation: BE Mechanical (Preferred)Experience: AutoCAD: 6 years (Preferred)HVAC: 6 years (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Gandhinagar, Gujarat, Gandhinagar – 382421, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Application Question(s):What is your Current Monthly Compensation?What is your Expected Monthly Compensation?Within how many days you will be able to join if get selected?Experience:total work: 6 years (Preferred)HVAC: 6 years (Preferred)AutoCAD: 6 years (Preferred)
