Your Role and Responsibilities
Organise NSX Migration Discussions with the client, ensuring that projects and programs are performed on-time, and with high quality.

Responsibilities
Dashboard Preparation and Presentations to the Management Team on the progress and status of various projects.Work closely with Account management, lead Architect, engineers, and partners to define a successful product roadmap.You need to maintain and demonstrate a positive track-record of execution and deliveryYou will coach and motivate your team to ensure high productivity, great collaboration and teamwork, and help individual achieve his/her maximum potential.You may be responsible for hiring, and skills development of team members.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years exp in private cloud infrastructure and tools (vmware SDDC, NSX-T, vSAN, VCF, vRealize stack)Design, configure and deploy the VMware platform.Experience on vSphere storage & vSphere networkingExperience in Management & Automation : vRealize Suite, vRA/ vRO – Automation & Orchestration (Network Segmentation, Firewall/ Load balancer as a Service),vROPS – Dashboard & Reporting, vRNI – Monitoring (Deep monitoring)Experience in logical routing and switching , Cisco and Juniper Router and SwitchesExperience in virtual routing, firewalls, VPN, load balancer, DHCP and other L4-L7 services for the virtual infrastructure.Ability to evaluate and analyze the virtual network infrastructure.Experience on Network Tools for troubleshooting and diagnosis.Design and implemented Test cases, Proof of concept, deploy the same and document the findings of the same.Experience in Designing & Implementation of SDN Solution (L0 – L7) ,Networking Solution for the vSphere infrastructure (Overlay Network) ,Integration with underlay network (external communication) and Migration from NSX-V to NSX-T ( on all the strategies )Experience on Load balancers ,Firewalls (Edge, Distributed) ,Micro-segmentation, NSX-Federation (NSX-T Global Manager)Leveraging for Multi-Tenancy, Multi Cloud Integration ,NSX Version UpgradesProduction experience with distributed architecturesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
