We have a current opportunity for a Interim Group Financial Controller on a permanent basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
Our client provides property development and asset management services across some of London’s finest real estate. They are currently have a requirement for an Interim Group Financial Controller to further enhance the smooth day to day operation of the Group Finance function.
The Key Responsibilities for the Successful Candidate will be:
Prepare timely, high quality management accounts and reports for management and shareholders
Ensure VAT registration of all entities
Ensure returns for corporation tax, non-resident landlord tax, CIS and VAT are submitted
To support the Finance Director and Chief Accountant as required with all relevant finance projects Oversight of the payroll process
Prepare detailed cash flows
Prepare other funding drawdowns
Manage monthly project drawdown process including instructing supplier payments and arranging loan funding
Responsible for finance aspects of business continuity
Prepare audit pack and act as primary contact for auditors
The Candidate
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Substantial PQE experience in similar or related sector (15 years+).
Previously operated successively in more senior professional finance roles, with at least 1 appointment as Financial Controller of a complex, highly transactionally intense property related business
Has previously operated successively in more senior professional finance roles, with at least 1 appointment as Financial Controller of a complex, highly transactionally intense property related business
This is a good length contract for an outstanding and highly capable individual with impressive real estate credentials.
