Job Description : Robertson Bell are working with a small Government organisation, based in Central London, to recruit an Interim Year End Accountant on a 3-6 month contract. The role will be office based 5 days a week with potential for the right candidate to work from home 1 or 2 days a week after a few weeks in the role.Specific responsibilities include: Financial reporting and analysis including preparation of the monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.Provide detailed P&L analysis.Assist with the production of the statutory annual accounts and report.Ensure the delivery of year end reporting and audit requirements.Liaising with auditors and handling any queries.The successful candidate must have: A full or part qualified accountant status.Previous government accounting experience including working and supporting with year end processes.Strong excel skills to be able to manipulate data.Strong knowledge of accounting systems, ideally SAP.This role is inside IR35 and will be paid through an umbrella company.Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryContract length: 3-6 monthsSalary: £230.00-£300.00 per daySchedule:Monday to FridayReference ID: RB20067
