About the role
As part of reecetech, you’ll join a 200+ strong team that handles everything from Product Management and Engineering to Data and AI. You’ll be crafting next generation digital tools that solve real customers problems and support our people to work more effectively.

Operating out of our brand new, technology driven, space in Cremorne, Melbourne, your role will be pivotal in helping us create new mobile applications that drive great mobile experiences for our customers.
Skills and experience for this role:
Strong understanding of Mobile Application development
At least 3 years experience with the Swift programming language
Deployment experience to the Apple App Store
Good knowledge of mobile design patterns and architectural principles
Interest in spiking research into new technologies
Experience in unit, integration, system, acceptance/UI and contract testing, and familiarity with the testing pyramid
Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tooling in the Mobile space
Commitment to agile methodologies and iterative development practices
Ability to pair effectively with peers and colleagues
Good listening and communication skills, ability to give and take constructive feedback
Challenge established ways of doing business while influencing desired outcomes, prioritising competing business priorities, and meeting company vision and strategy
