Job Description : 1. Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed

2. Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers

3. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests

4. Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires

5. Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs

6. Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques

7. Maintain industry awareness and keep abreast of a constantly changing technology landscape by following latest trends in software, hardware and related solutions.

8. Manage own time by organizing and prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.

9. Provide project oversight and work with project managers or project technical leads to make sure that customer expectations are met while acting as the escalation point for customer issues.

10. Assist in procurement process by issuing and tracking purchase requests for specified projects.

11. Maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors and distributors.

12. Respond to tender documents and write proposals as well as any supporting documentation.
1. Bach. Degree in Computer Science/Marketing/relevant.

2. Excellent communication & presentation skills, and professional telephone manner

3. Excellent knowledge in business awareness

4. Have pre-sales experience in selling IT Solution products

5. Min. 2-3 years experience in related field

6. Broad technology knowledge (datacenter, cloud, virtualization, mobility and messaging/collaboration)
